New Membership Policies

Memberships are Month to Month on Auto-pay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done in person or in writing through e-mail. They must be requested prior to the draft date. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations done after the draft date. Cancellations will be effective immediately.

Freeze Policy

Your account must be in good standing to be placed on hold. If you have a past due payment, you must pay your bill prior to putting it on hold. You can place your membership on hold for a maximum of 3 months without charge. If you would like to hold longer than 3 months, there will be a 1-time $30 charge at the time of placing on hold.

Non-Payment Policy

Auto-payments will be attempted on memberships multiple times. Each time payment is declined, an e-mail is sent to the contact on file. If membership payment is not processed before the end of the month, the membership will be automatically cancelled due to non-payment. You will be charged a new initiation fee when you restart your membership
